NOTE REGARDING SAME SIDE BENCHES:
The home team will choose its bench location. Team benches will NOT rotate through the match / after each set. If the visiting head coach does not agree on keeping his/her team’s same bench / team area throughout the entire match, said coach may appeal to the R-1 and R-2. Such an appeal must be based on reasons why there would be a structural (facility) disadvantage to maintaining the same bench area. The R-1 and R-2 must be unanimous in granting such an appeal for a regular bench rotation.
